three different systems — US, UK and EU — and every brand runs slightly
differently. Get it wrong and you're stuck with a return. Here's how to
get it right the first time.

## Why sizing isn't the same across brands

A US 9 doesn't fit the same in every shoe. A few things to know before
you order from [our Nike collection](/collections/nike),
[Adidas](/collections/adidas), or [YEEZY](/collections/yeezy):

- **Nike and Adidas** generally run true to standard US sizing.
- **On Cloud** shoes (see [our On Cloud range](/collections/on-cloud))
  tend to run slightly narrow — if you're between sizes, size up.
- **Asics** running shoes ([browse Asics](/collections/asics)) often
  fit true to size but with a roomier toe box, which matters if you
  run long distance in UAE heat.
- **YEEZY** Boost styles are known to run small — most people size up
  half a size from their usual sneaker size.

## How to measure your foot at home

1. Stand on a sheet of paper against a wall, heel touching the wall.
2. Mark the tip of your longest toe.
3. Measure heel to mark in centimeters.
4. Match that number to the CM column above — measure both feet and
   size for the larger one.
