Shoesuae.com Returns Policy & Process
We shall be happy to accept returns of any Shoes products, purchased online via shoesuae.com within 4 days from the date of purchase (delivery), provided the product is returned in its original packaging and accompanied by an original receipt as proof of purchase.
How do you return a product/products?
1) Requesting a Return
If you have made your purchase online via shoesuae.com, please visit https://shoesuae.com/pages/contact-us & raise a ticket for the review & resolution from our After Sales Service team. Please remember to share the details of the product (along with pictures) & proof of purchase (invoice) for any action.
2) Pack the products with the return label
Pack the order in the original box and attach the new label, ensuring the original label is covered. Please note that while the products are in your possession you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in perfect condition.
3) Handover the package to the carrier Person
A carrier will arrive to collect the package on the scheduled pick-up date, or you can visit the nearest Clarks store to either exchange it for a product of the same value, purchase a new product and pay the additional amount, or you will receive a gift voucher to be used in store.
4) Await return confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been correctly returned to our warehouse, and a complete refund will be processed if the product passes Quality Check (QC).
5) Refund Time & Method
We will refund the amount within 10 -15 days from the time we receive the products in our warehouse. The amount will be credited to you via the same method used for payment.
Please Note:
- Any purchase made online must be returned to the site purchased, within the UAE purchased.
- Returns will only be accepted within 4 days of purchase.
- Original proof of purchase is required for return or exchange.
- Product must be in new and original condition with relevant tags, packaging* etc. in place.
- Clarks reserves the right to alter this policy at any time.
6) Exchange
- Exchange in store for size and color.
- Pick another item and pay the difference in amount.
- Request a refund online and the amount will be returned to the payment method used.
- Return the item and get a store Online, which can be used only in Online stores.
